Pilar, please, please, don't waste your money on medications. The medications are a short term fix and the problem will return if you don't get to the root of it. Any doctor worth his or her money will tell you that. First of all, I'm guessing that you include a lot a fatty foods in your diet. Cut down on those foods. You can still enjoy them but less often.
